Price Includes

Villa utilities and services as described.
A weekly maid service is provided, with the bed linen and towels changed.
(Beach & sun towels are not provided).
Welcome pack on arrival including milk, butter, cheese, bread, vegetables, water.

Price Excludes

Air flight fares, airport transfers, car hire (advice given on request).
All holiday insurances to cover your holiday and cancellations, personal accident and liability insurance.

Flexible Booking (minimum 7 days)

On signed acceptance of your booking, a non-refundable deposit of one third of the total hire fee is required. The remaining balance is due and required eight weeks prior to the departure date.
