Cancellations: Should the booking be cancelled by the guest a cancellation charge shall be made as follows:-
Cancelled before the outstanding balance is due: the deposit will not be refunded.
Cancelled after the balance has been paid: we reserve the right to make efforts to relet the villa to others
to minimise our losses and, should we succeed, we would reimburse the guest with costs we consider fair
and reasonable. However, no claim whatsoever from the guest or their party will be considered by us.

Confirmation of the booking, invoice for the deposit and further information re the villa and access, etc. will
normally be sent within 10 days
of receipt of this form. We would be pleased to provise assistance relative
to making your holiday enjoyable.

We have tried to ensure the accuracy of all details on the website and with all verbal and written information,
but we undertake no responsibility for inaccuracy or errors.

We accept no liability for any loss or accidents to persons or personal property sustained by the guest or
their party during the course of the holiday. Holiday insurance is essential to cover the cost of the holiday,
cancellations, personal losses and accident liability.
